Issue with page translation it's overriding the english page

sevanB	Background of the issue: I am trying to update the page in Greek. If I do changes on the contact us page in Greek, it will override the English page. I have to go and edit the English page with Elementor then restore it back from the history. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link Symptoms: Changes made to the Greek version of the contact us page override the English version. Questions: Why do changes to the Greek page override the English page? How can I update the Greek page without affecting the English page?

Probably between the translation for this page and the default language, there's a "duplicate" relationship. Please take a look here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-convert-a-translation-into-a-duplicate This relationship can be disabled by going to the translation WordPress edit page and selecting the "translate independently" button. This way, whenever you make edits to the main language (the default language), there will be no changes made to the translation. I hope that you will find this information helpful. Mihai Apetrei
