This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using WPML with DeepL for translations on your WordPress site and have set up your credit card for automatic translation credits. However, you are receiving a message that you have no translation credits left, despite expecting them to be purchased automatically.
Solution:
First, ensure that you have activated the Paying-as-you-go option for automatic translations. To do this, navigate to WPML → Translation Management and click on the Tools tab to activate it. Here, you can add your credit card details to start translating automatically. For more detailed guidance, please visit how to sign up for Pay-as-you-go.

Background of the issue:
I am using WPML with DeepL on my WordPress site hidden link to translate pages and posts. I have added my credit card for automatic translation credits.

Symptoms:
I am receiving a message that I have no translation credits left, despite expecting credits to be purchased automatically.

Questions:
How can I verify that my payment method is correctly set up for automatic purchase of translation credits?
Where exactly in WPML can I manage or update my payment and billing settings?
Is there a way to ensure that translations continue automatically without manual intervention every time credits run out?
Is there a guide or documentation that explains the process for using DeepL automatic translations with WPML, including payment and credit management?

Hello,

I want to add a new credit card as the previous one has been removed. There is an outstanding balance of 4 euros on my account. However, I cannot add the new card because an error keeps appearing.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Thank you for your feedback.

In the private message below, I have included the link to pay the outstanding balance. Once this is completed, you will be able to change your card.
