And can you recheck, maybe i`ve lost my credits earlier too? i paid in june for 90000 creadits, and than i change websites, because we tested on what websites we need to create locations. In documentation you mention that, when you delete website, you save credits

Hi Mihai,

Just following up on this ticket. I haven’t received a reply yet, and I’m still missing the translation credits after the site was deleted.

Could you please help me recover or reassign those credits to my WPML account?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Best regards,
Tamara

Hi there, Tamara.

Sorry for the delay response - there's a pretty full queue at the moment so it can take longer than usual to get responses but things should move faster from now on.

I found a total of 12086 credits.

Those credits probably got stuck.

So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening.

When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account ID is created.

If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, a new automatic translation account ID will be generated, and the credits will remain in the old account.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), after you log into your WPML.org account, if you see the credits, can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let me know if that works fine for you.

If it doesn't, I can also manually move the credits for you back to your WPML.org account.
