about meta description i see that in front end it's show the translated one so it's ok.

Thank you for contacting the support.

I am trying to find that string "Know all about..." in your site's page source and can't find it. Can you please explain where it is supposed to be in the page source by default?

Secondly, please try clearing the cache and make sure the page is fully translated. As well as, check this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-wordpress-seo-with-wpml/ to see if you haven't missed anything.

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.
