Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you wait for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or see if I can help with the issue quickly.

In my answer, I assume you refer to hidden link.

Unfortunately, we do not have specific knowledge of the GTranslate plugin or a migration tool for it. Our migration capabilities are designed to handle content already in your WordPress database, such as from plugins like qTranslate or Polylang. We cannot provide a direct migration path since GTranslate operates via a proxy and stores translations externally in their cloud.

We cannot recommend a specific migration process, as we are unfamiliar with the plugin’s inner workings, and it does not appear to offer an export functionality for translations. Based on experience with similar cloud-based translation tools, you may need to translate the content from scratch, as manual migration is likely not feasible.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Itamar.
