This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After moving the site to a new domain and updating URLs in the database, the Translation Dashboard displays as a blank page, and content translation is not possible. The issue persists even after switching themes.
Solution:
1. Check for a fatal error due to a missing file in the active theme (Betheme Child). If the problem continues when using the parent theme, it might still be related to WPML's Translation Dashboard template.
2. Ensure all plugins are up-to-date by visiting https://online-casino-nigeria.ng/wp-admin/update-core.php
3. Clear the cache memory.
4. Address any writing permission issues in the .htaccess file as indicated here: https://online-casino-nigeria.ng/wp-admin/options-permalink.php
5. If the problem remains unresolved, consider setting up a staging site using the WP Staging plugin and share the staging site credentials for further investigation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify you have the latest versions of themes and plugins, and consider opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi,

I have moved my site to a new domain, followed the steps here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/switching-to-a-new-domain/ and also performed a search and replace to replace all instances of the old url with the new url in the database.

The "Translation Dashboard" now appears as a blank page and I am no longer able to translate any of the content.

Thanks

Hello,
My name is Carlos, and I will continue working on this ticket

The debug information indicates a fatal error is occurring due to a missing file in the active theme (Betheme Child). If you activate the parent theme, does the issue persist with the WPML -> Translation Dashboard template?

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos

Hi,

I tried both the parent theme and Twenty Twenty-Five theme, neither resolved the issue.

Thank you for your message.

Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. That way, I will be able to reproduce the issue and check the configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested

Please follow these steps:
- Update all outdated plugins that appear in this link: hidden link
- Flush the cache memory
- Fix the problem with the writing permission in the .htaccess file shown at the bottom of this page: hidden link
- If the issue persists, then create a staging site with a copy of the live site (you can use the WP Staging plugin for free) and share the credentials in your next message which I have set private.

Looking forward to your message.

Hi, the issue is still there. Some of the plugins can't be updated, but I deactivated them and it still didn't work. My htaccess is set to 644 for permissions so I'm not sure why that's an issue?

Hi,
Thank you for your message.

In this case, I kindly ask you to create a staging site as described in my previous message and share the access credentials so I can take a closer look.

I also just attempted to use that plugin to create a staging site but it didn't work, I just get a site could not be reached message.

In this case, please contact your hosting providers and ask them if they can create a staging site for you. As an alternative, confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore, and authorize me to run more tests on the site.

I've taken a backup of the site, so you have authorization.

Also, can you tell me how you ran the migration?

The FTP should work for that site yes.

I followed the steps here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/switching-to-a-new-domain/

Also did a search and replace from old domain to new domain in the database.

Is it possible that you migrate the site using the All-In-One WP Migration plugin or Duplicator and check if the issue has disappeared?

I'm not sure what you mean? I thought you were looking at the live site as I've taken a backup?
