To take a closer look at the duplicate footer issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
I have opened the project page in Edit mode, and removed the extra footer section, and re-saved the translated project page and now it shows the correct single footer on the project page.
Please feel free to create a new chat/ticket for other issues on your site as we limit one issue per chat/ticket as per our support policy.
