[Waiting for user confirmation] Pay as you go credits will be consume after resinstallation?

Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development, hidden link, and I am trying to resolve issues with WPML. I think I need to delete all WPML and reinstall it.

Symptoms:
WPML has consumed 22480 credits so far, and I am concerned about whether reinstalling and retranslating will consume credits again.

Questions:
Will reinstalling WPML and retranslating consume credits again?

Hi there.

Once WPML has used credits to translate content, that content is saved into the database.

So, as long as the migration is done correctly, the translated content should still be in the database, and WPML should NOT re-translate it again.
