Hi there, Are the products translated or are you currently using the feature to "display as translated" ? If yes, please test with a product and translate it. Regarding B2B king plugin, we have one known issue our team is working on resolving. Thank you for sharing the access details with me! When I go to WooCommerce->WooCommerce Multilingual I can see that most of the products are indeed translated, however, there are still around 30 products missing translation. When I visit the category and product now it seems like it's working OK without a redirection, can you please verify with me. Are you able to still see this issue? is it possible that the changes performed are working now? Let me know your results, please and if the issue persists share with me where I can reproduce it. |

Hi, No, it is still not working, An when I login as a B2B customer, it takes the exclusive VAT prices on all languages, but in all languages other than Dutch it takes the wrong prices. Not the wholesale prices. See print screens. Kind Regards, |

The pricing is also set to 49.95 across all languages for the product shared with me in the above screenshots, regardless of whether I am logged in or logged out. |

Sure these items are correct, in showing. hidden link Besides that when I login as a B2B customer, the prices are also still in other languages not the same as in Dutch. So actually nothing changed so far. |

Hi there, Bobby is off for a bit so I'm stepping in to help out. I checked the backend of your site and I can see the products showing there.I also checked the frontend link of the English side and can see that not all 16 products are showing, and there is no load more button like there is in Italian. So we need to detrmine if there is a plugin or theme conflict causing this. Please first update WooCommerce and all WPML plugins. Then, we will need to test your site on a staging site so that we can disable non WPML plugins (except WooCommerce of course) and switch temporarily to a default theme. If you don't already have a staging site set up, you can use a plugin such as WP Staging to set one up where we can test this. Let me know once it is ready, and disable the plugins and switch to a default theme so we can test further there. If you need assistance setting up a staging site let me know and we can set one up on our cloudways server if WP Staging or your hosting provider doesn't work. |
