Product Addons are not synced between languages

I cannot see the chat to review some steps which is why I have to close the ticket. Not sure if my problem is solved yet but Andreas has been helpful

Unfortunately, it is still causing me problems. Im not sure what im missing. I continued using the classic editor, I started with translating the Italian language and when I checked the front end it appeared correctly. Then I moved on to translate the French version, here again the translation in the front end appeared correctly, however, this time, switching to the Italian version, it had gone back to the English version. As though I had not translated the Italian version. So I did the same thing again, I translated the Italian version, this time, when I check the version translation, it had disappeared. So It seems as though I can only do one of the two but not both? Could I have some setting that could be triggering an "only one language" but not both?

Hi, I have been in contact with Lauren, she proposed the following steps:
1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps.
2. Edit the default page. Make any small change and update the page.
3. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and send this page to the translation basket. Tick the checkbox, scroll down and click translate, then you will see the translation basket tab.
4. Click the translation basket and send the page to yourself as a translator.
5. Go to WPML -> Translations and take and translate the page. Save the translation 100% and then let\'s see if the correct content shows.

I followed the steps and it appeared to work, but for some reason 10 min later everything was broken again, the problem is persisting. I translate the Italian one, it appears on the front end but then the French one which I had translated beforehand gets deleted and shows in English.
PLEASE HELP!

Hello again.

We are working very hard on your issue. I understand that it is important but until now there is no solution.

Please be patient and do not open new chats or tickets.

Whatever I did in your site, for some reasons The correlation between ENG and IT language seems broken.

I had to edit a product in order to see what is happening.

This is the product I worked :

You might see wrong translation in FR and IT. We will fix it when we finish.

Also I disabled wp rocket plugin and I installed a debug.,log plugin. I found some errors due to JetPack.

I took a backup from your site with UpDraft Plus plugin and I will start debugging locally.

I would like again to ask you to be patient and I will tell you what is happening when I am having news.

Andreas, this is a fatal issue for our website, I am losing customers because of this. This is urgent! I would love to continue using WPML if you manage to fix it but if you can't please at least let me know how to deactivate it without losing everything. It seems this WPML plugin is not allowing me to deactivate it without losing all my pages, even in the original language! This is putting me in a very difficult position, the issue has not been fixed yet and I cannot deactivate the plugin either. So I am stuck! Please at least tell me how to remove the plugin without losing my website that I worked so hard to make!

Thank you very much for your reply.

We are taking seriously all the problems from customers and I can understand the importance of yours.

I am working very hard to debug it and see what exactly is your problem.

Disable WPML will not help you, because then you will have products in 3 languages all together.

What you can do temporarily is to hide languages. For example, IT which is the one with the issue.

Hi Andreas,

The IT and French language have problems. Both languages!

Hiding the language is not what I want.

This is taking too long, I have had these problems for 10 days now.

I don't understand why I cannot disable WPML without losing all my pages including the original language?? Is that normal?

At this point I don't mind not having the French and Italian translations, but why am I not able to keep the English one either??

So not only is there a problem with translations not appearing but now I also am not able to get rid of WPML without losing everything??!!

Please for now, just hide the IT and FR languages in order to have a working site.

Let's not mix things now, We are in the middle of finding out why you are having the problem you reported.

Hello again.

The initial debugging shows a break in the correlation in your database and cannot be reproduced in a clean installation. Your issue escalated in order to find what caused this issue or find a workaround in order to make it work.

I will inform you when I am having news.
