We notice that when using ATE image links are marked with orange and even though we save it, the next time we open ATE, it's registered as missing translation again. And we save the translation memory every time. Is this a bug? |

Hello, Usually, if you have to search for non-visual content and then translate those URLs then those are not saved inside the translation memory. How are you using the images inside the original content? Are they coming from ACF or from Themify Builder? If you are using Themify Builder, then maybe we could apply a custom XML config that will make sure that those image URLs will always show up on the Advanced Translation Editor by default, but I honestly do not know this builder and would need to test this first. Guide: I can offer a WPML test site on which you could install the theme for testing if you agree. Best regards |

The images are usually used in the Themify Builder. I'm trying to understand when going through a translation the first time and complete it and it says "100% complete" why it changes the next time we open the ATE? And when we do, we notice that most often image links are marked with orange. |

Unfortunately, due to our internal security guidelines, we're not able to provide you with access to our backend. If you don't see this as expected behaviour or if it's caused by something we're not doing correctly, please let us know. |

Hello, Without having a closer look at the site I can not tell what is causing the issue. Also, I would need to know exactly how the content is created in order to try to replicate the issue. It would be ideal if you could set up a staging site, on which you could remove any sensitive information and provide me access. Alternatively, I can offer a WPML test site on which you can try to recreate the issue. Best regards |

I understand it's difficult to help with no access. We hired a developer to look into the multiple issues we've had with WPML, so I'll mark this ticket as resolved for now. |
