Our Debugging Procedures

While I will not make changes that affect the live site, it is still advisable to back up the site before granting us access. Should further debugging be necessary, I will create a duplicate and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid any impact on the live site.

Hi there,

Thank you for providing the credentials.

I noticed that on this page (hidden link), there is still a "+" icon next to the "English" language, indicating that there is no existing translation for the menu.

There are multiple methods available to translate the menu.

Please take a look at the following resource: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/.

The steps outlined in our documentation should assist you in resolving this issue.
