[Resolved] Split: Site says it's not connected

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with their sites not showing or connecting properly, which might be due to WPML not being registered correctly.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Log in to your https://oialla.com/ site and navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab. If you see the Unregister WPML from this site link, click it.
2. Click the Register WPML link.
3. Enter the key 'IljsaqZjaI' in the input box and press Register.

If the problem persists, please follow these steps to delete the existing site key and create a new one:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key for https://oialla.com/ by clicking the trash icon, which will return the assigned credits to your WPML.org account. More details can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/why-credits-may-be-missing-and-how-to-fix-it/#removing-a-sites-registration-from-wpml-org
3. Back on your site, navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if it appears.
4. Click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link, generate the key, and assign the credits. Confirm the assigned credits from WPML >> Translation Management > Translation Tools.
6. Copy the new key, paste it into the input box, and press the Register button.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. This type of issue usually happens when the WPML is not registered properly on your site. It looks like credits are stuck and linked to a key that’s not yet in use. Could you please try using this key: IljsaqZjaI by following these steps:

1. Login to your hidden link site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
2. Click Register WPML link.
3. Paste this key IljsaqZjaI in the input box and press Register.

If the issue persists, could you please delete the existing site key and create a new one by following below steps:

1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site hidden link key by pressing the little trash icon and it will return the assigned credits to your WPML.org account as mentioned in this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/why-credits-may-be-missing-and-how-to-fix-it/#removing-a-sites-registration-from-wpml-org

3. Login to your site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
4. Then click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link (screenshot attached).
6. It will generate the Key for your site and you can also assign the credits using that popup, you may confirm the assigned credits from WPML >> Translation Management > Translation Tools.
7. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.

That worked for oialla thanks, I can however still not see hidden link under credits

Sorry for the delay, I was off during the weekend (Friday-Saturday). Since that site ownership was transferred to your client, it is expected that it no longer appears under your account’s credit assignment list. From now on, your client can purchase and assign credits to this site from their own WPML account.

Thank you
