So please upgrade to the latest version of plugins including WPML String Translation (3.2.16) and WpResidence theme (5.0.5) after a full site backup {mandatory}. Then make sure this bug exists or not.
I'm doing a backup now and then the theme update. As soon as it's finished (hopefully without surprises) I send you the new login data.
Currently there happens a critical error when I click to open the WPML dashboard: Critical error.

Thank you for the updates. Maybe you are facing a memory exhaustion issue because of compatibility conflicts. So to make sure if possible, please do the following steps.
a) Backup your site (you can do it in your staging site) first [Mandatory]
b) Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like 2024
c) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML
d) Then check whether the issue exists or not
e) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
f) Switch back to the original theme of the site

Please upgrade to the latest version of the String Translation (3.2.17) after a full site backup {mandatory}. Because it has included the fixes for similar issues. Then clear all types of caches and check if is there any difference in the results.

Here I deactivated the plugin and replaced this element. It concerned a button and a form. Here I replaced the upload form by a simple contact7 form at the bottom (hidden link).

Thank you for the updates. Please allow me to make a duplicator copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) for debugging the issue on my local server. So we can troubleshoot the issue without affecting your site.
Also, one doubt. Please share more details about the following. It would be great if you could add a couple of screenshots for a better understanding of it.

Has it something to do with the theme or wpml or wordpress ..? Maybe wpml team should work together with wpresidence team?
I think out of security and license reason I cannot allow a copy of the site.
I deactivated Qi Addon Elementor plugin.

Here the Englisch version isn't identical to the German version regarding space and translation. I marked it redd, see attachment contactform7 de and en

In the middlle part of the content I replaced it with an icon box. The German isn't translated. I don't find the strings.
