This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You want to translate links to other languages using WPML, but URLs pointing to SEO Filters are getting rewritten incorrectly in other languages. For example, a URL that should appear as https://www.hyckes.com/de/produkte/hyckes-zubehoer/filter-for-hycooler-kuehlboxen/ shows up as https://www.hyckes.com/?product_cat=filter-for-hycooler-kuehlboxen on the front-end.
Solution:
We found that the WPML Translation Editor might not handle URLs associated with filter links correctly because they are not linked to actual pages or posts. To fix this, we disabled the WPML Translation Editor for the specific header template and manually updated these filter links. Please check if the URLs now display correctly on the front-end. For more details on using different translation editors, you can visit this documentation.
