Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the shipping options on my WooCommerce site. The site URL is hidden link, and the specific page with the issue is hidden link. I have found the strings in the WPML string translation (see attachment) and they appear to be translated there.

Symptoms:
The shipping options on the shopping cart page are not translated and still appear in Dutch, despite being translated in the WPML string translation.

Questions:
Why are the shipping options not displaying in the translated language on the website?
Is there a step I am missing in the translation process for shipping options?

Thanks for your reply.

Do you have a test site for me to check on the untranslated "Afhaalpunt" string? I suspect some 3rd party language files in the wp-content/language folder are conflicting with WPML language files which is preventing this string from being translated.

As for the privacy policy texts, you can translate them by searching for the strings directly in String Translation. For example, I searched for "Je persoonlijke gegevens" here hidden link

The same goes to the "customer consent" texts, I used the search term "JOUW MENING TELT EN HELPT" hidden link

Hi Kor,

I have created a staging environment (exact copy of the current website). However, on the staging environment the translations are correct for some reason. I have not changed anything in the settings.

Can you test on the live environment please? I just took a backup of the website, so if you could carefully look there to see if you can find a cause?

This is the link to login: hidden link

Thanks for your patience. I've translated some of the texts near the place order button and could you please check? I will continue to check on the untranslatable "Afhaalpunt" string.

You can locate the Translated Strings in WPML > String Translation > Search for the Strings

Thanks for your reply.

It seems to look fine now as shown in the attached screenshot. Is there anything else that you need help with? If not, you can mark this ticket as resolved.
