Hello team!

Our course pages do not match the selected page language. The language of the page is English, and the text on it is Ukrainian and russian hidden link. or hidden link There was no such thing before.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Did this issue start to happen after some specific action you took on the site like a server migration, or similar for example?

Can you please test minimal, using a default theme and with all non-WPML plugins disabled to see if the error persists.

Also, it seems like WPML has an update available.

Just to be safe, please make a backup of the site files and database before doing the follow procedure:

- Inside your wp-admin please go to Plugins -> Add New.
- Then click on the "Commercial" tab and click on the "Check for updates" button in the WPML section
- After that please select every red plugin available in the list and then click on "Download" at the bottom of the grid.

1. Yes, there was a server migration, but after that everything still worked for a while.

I kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Edit one of the course pages in the original language
- Make a small change to the content
- Save the changes
- Update the translation
- Double-check if the issue disappeared

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?

We slightly changed the last paragraph in each course in each language, but it did not help unfortunately ...

1.- Please describe step-by-step how are you translating the course and/or how to reproduce the issue. You can share a link to a video describing the steps. This will help me understand the scenario.

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
