This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
When switching the language to Chinese and hovering over any of the main menu items on Desktop, the last button in the mega menu should link to the 'Contact Us' page of the selected language but it always links to the English version.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend creating a separate widget for each language or using WPML String Translation to translate the URL targets. For more detailed guidance on translating widgets, please visit https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/.

(1) Switch the language to Chinese and hover over any of the main menu items (on Desktop). You will see three buttons on the right side of the mega menu. The last button should link to the contact us page of the selected language - but it always links to the English version.

These buttons are setup via block widgets in /wp-admin/widgets.php

Hi,

There are several ways to translate widgets; please refer to https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/ for more information.

The best approach is to create a separate widget for each language or use WPML String Translation to translate the URL targets.

Best regards,
Marcel
