This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You want to add several GA4 properties for each country domain using Tag Manager and ensure your Consent V2 setup captures all GA4 tags.
Solution:
We do not currently offer a feature to add GA4 properties directly within our interface. However, you can achieve this through custom coding. For guidance, please refer to this support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-setup-ga4-analytics-using-different-domain-per-language/#post-15228750.

Background of the issue:
I'd like to add several GA4 properties, each covering a specific country domain like .se, .dk, .de, and so on. I'd like to add this via Tag Manager in order to ensure our Consent V2 setup will catch all GA4 tags.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
How would you recommend to go about adding several GA4 properties for each country domain?
Do WPML have a feature for adding GA4 properties via Tag Manager?
