This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You want to add several GA4 properties for each country domain using Tag Manager and ensure your Consent V2 setup captures all GA4 tags.
Solution:
We do not currently offer a feature to add GA4 properties directly within our interface. However, you can achieve this through custom coding. For guidance, please refer to this support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-setup-ga4-analytics-using-different-domain-per-language/#post-15228750.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
