This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate product attributes using WPML as the save icon kept loading indefinitely. Additionally, they needed guidance on translating WooCommerce emails and had issues with the contact forms.
Solution: For the attribute translation issue, we recommended checking the browser console for errors and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, WPML, and its addons to identify any conflicts. If the problem persisted, we suggested switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and reactivating plugins one by one to pinpoint the issue.
To resolve the attribute loading issue, we set the translation preference for product attributes to "Translatable" in WPML > Settings > Taxonomies Translation, corrected the translation preference for the "product_type" taxonomy in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Troubleshooting, and refreshed each attribute in Products > Attributes.
For translating WooCommerce emails, we advised checking the email templates and filling out the necessary fields, then following the guide on how to translate WooCommerce emails.
If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket.

I understand the challenges you're facing. Please find responses to the issues you’ve mentioned:
1) Issue with Attribute Translation: I understand that when you click the Save button after adding a translation for an attribute, the save icon keeps loading. This might be caused by a script conflict. Could you open the hidden link).&text=where%20is%20either%20a%20variable%20or%20a%20function.">browser console and check for any errors? If you find any, please take a screenshot and share it in your next response so I can better understand the issue.
Additionally, try disabling all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce, Elementor, WPML, and its addons. Then, test saving the attribute translation again. If it works without any issue, start reactivating the plugins one by one. After activating each plugin, try saving the attribute translation again. If the issue reappears, this process will help identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
2) WooCommerce Email Translation: If you want to translate the WooCommerece Email sent to the customers, please check the WooCommerce Email template and confirm that you have entered data into the fields within each email template. Please refer to this screenshot for better understanding: hidden link
Once done, please check this guide to understand the overall process of translating the WooCommerce Email.
I hope the information above will help. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance or clarification. I'll be happy to help.

Hi There!
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I understand that the Attribute section isn't opening and displays an error in the console. Could you please still try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, WPML, and its addons? If this resolves the issue, start reactivating the plugins one by one and refresh the Attribute section of WooCommerce Multilingual after each activation. In this way, you'll be able to trace what exactly is conflicting and causing the issue.
Regarding your query about translating contact forms, I’d be happy to assist with that as well. However, we handle one issue per topic in each thread to ensure clarity and organization. For that reason, I’ve created a new ticket specifically for that query, and you’ll receive a response shortly.
I hope you can understand. Let me know the update regarding the attribute section issue. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in that matter.
Hello Dear I test what you explained as solution deactivated all plugins, switch to 2025 theme but still attributes are not loaded and there is console error. you can check here hidden link
As thew issue persists even after trying the suggestions, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Hi There!
Thank you for sharing the access information.
I’ve checked the issue you reported with the Attribute section, and I’m pleased to let you know it’s now resolved. The Attribute terms are displaying correctly now. Please see this screenshot: hidden link.
The issue occurred because the Product attributes weren’t set to “Translatable” in "WPML > Settings > Taxonomy Translation", and also, the "Product_type" taxonomy had an incorrect translation preference. After updating these settings and re-saving the attributes, they began displaying correctly without any errors.
I hope it helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any other queries or need clarification. I'll be happy to help.
Hello There!
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
Sure! Here's what I did on your test site to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to "WPML > Settings > Taxonomies Translation" and set the translation preference for product attributes to "Translatable", then saved the changes.
2. Went to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Troubleshooting" and fixed the incorrect translation preference for the "product_type" taxonomy.
3. Finally, I visited "Products > Attributes", opened each attribute, and saved them without making any changes. *(This last step was optional but helped ensure the attributes were refreshed.)*
Please try and let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
