[Resolved] Fatal error when bulk updating pages in Chinese Simplified
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported a crash report received during bulk updating pages, suspecting a fatal error or conflict. Solution: 1. We attempted to take a backup of the client's site and restore it on a local host for further investigation. 2. We identified an issue with the page titled "学习" in the Chinese Simplified language. 3. We manually edited and updated the problematic page. 4. After the manual update, the client should be able to bulk update pages without encountering the error.

I got another crash report sent to me when you were doing something. Did you not see a fatal error display while you were in there? I think maybe there is a conflict somewhere.
I'm trying to take a backup of your site and restore it on my local host to investigate the issue further. I will update you here when I have any information.
There is an issue with the page "学习" in Chinese Simplified language when bulk updating pages. I edit the page and manually update it to fix the issue. Now you can bulk update pages as well.
I shared a screen record when duplicating products on your site in another ticket, the error doesn't happen. It happens when I go to Appearance > Customize. It looks related to your theme and WooCommerce plugin even if WPML is deactivated.
It's not a WPML issue so if you don't see the error when duplicating products/pages, please consider setting this ticket as Resolved.
