This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client's header template was not showing in secondary languages.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by completing the review of the header's translation in WPML > Translations. It's important to review and publish any pending translations for the headers and other content. Additionally, we recommend increasing the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to at least 256M, as the current setting is 40M. To do this, please follow the instructions in our documentation:
How to increase your site's memory limit.
Please note that this solution might not apply to your case if it's outdated or not relevant to your specific issue. If this is the case, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
