Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and using WPML. I want to change the image of the corresponding language after the page has been translated into another language.

Symptoms:
Not applicable

Questions:
If I want to change the image of the corresponding language after the page has been translated into another language, where do I need to do it again?

Hello!
In order to change the image to a specific language, you have to have WPML Media Translation plugin, and then go to WPML > Media Translation and there you can find the image.
From the interface there you can select a new image and then you will have a process that will search and update the image in the website contents.
