Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and want to translate the beneficiary names in WooCommerce bank account details. When an order is made with the bank payment option, I want the email WooCommerce sends to be in Greek if the order was placed from the Greek language.

Symptoms:
I am unsure how to translate the beneficiary names in WooCommerce bank account details for emails sent in Greek.

Questions:
How can I translate beneficiary names in WooCommerce bank account details using WPML?
How do I ensure WooCommerce emails are sent in Greek when the order is placed from the Greek language?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you wait for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or see if I can help with the issue quickly.

Please check our guide on how to translate WooCommerce emails as it may be useful in your case.

https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce-emails/

You can also look for those strings in WPML -> Strings Translation. Or check our guide on How to Find and Make Strings Available For Translation in WPML.

If you need further help with this issue please share your site's Debug information. You can read about it here.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hello thank you for your response, but none of above suggested works.

Tried to find the string but it was not there. Can you please suggest how to translate bank account details?

Kind regards

Konstantinos

Hello,
My name is Carlos, and I will continue working on this ticket

Let's focus on one issue at a time. Let's start with the translation of the string.

1.- Could you tell me what steps of the guide (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/) you followed?

2.- Please increase the WP memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:`

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support

Regards,
Carlos
