The client was unable to see or assign the 80k translation credits purchased for use with WPML on their staging environment, despite the credits being visible on their WPML.org account.
Solution:
We confirmed that the credits were indeed assigned to the client's WPML.org account and provided guidance on how to assign these credits to specific sites using the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/. Additionally, we assisted in transferring all available credits to the desired staging site, staging31.shop.sunbeamsystem.com. We instructed the client to verify the credit assignment by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools in their site's backend and checking the top-left area for the credit balance.
