Just for confirmation, you said the fields appeared after you re-saved the product in the WPML editor. Are you sure you didn't mean in the WordPress editor? Because I can't reproduce this behavior.

Could you ask the hosting for the server error log for the site kare.co.il, specifically check March 2 log and see if there's anything there?
I'm asking for the prod site because for you staging site we only have 1 job for all your products, so in that case it's expected the ACF fields are not translated yet.
That error could have prevented the correct saving of the translations, which would explain why you don't see them in the frontend. Since you solved the error, when you resave, the product it's displayed correctly.
You can try this to download all the translation at once:
- enable Translate Everything
- bulk edit your products and add a taxonomy to them, for example "uncategorized"
- this should trigger Translate Everything and download the translation again
Since you're only adding a taxonomy, your existing translations are not touched.
Please try with 1 product first and see if it works.

but as i told you it doesn't help to make change in original product , after saving the acf fields are still in english , only after saving the translation in wpml editor , we can see the translation of the acf field.
