Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate content on my site using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
I translate but when I look at the result on the site, things are not synchronized.

Questions:
What steps should I take to ensure translations are synchronized on my site?

While one of my teammates takes care of your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

Please try to update the page translation. To do this, modify the original page slightly, save it, and then navigate to the WPML translation editor to complete the translation.

Hello,

What do you mean they are not in sync? from the screenshot i can see that some of the segments are in "draft" mode (yellow/orange color) so that means that until you set them as completed, the actual translation in the website will not update.

Can you please let me know if that's what you meant and if what I said fixed the issue by any chance?

If not, please give me more details of the problem and I'll gladly look into it.

hi,
Not syncing means that after saving my changes, the updated translation doesn’t appear on the site—instead, the system’s default translation is still showing.
You can see it in the attached pictures.
Also, I tried to define certain repeating words to translate them differently than the automatic translation, but it is still not working. like - coaching (not training) mt name - Tilli not Tilly
and please tell me how can I get a real support on time because getting answers in such time frame is not good enough. is there any other option?
thanks
Tilli

You can get a faster reply if you add your timezone on your profile's preference. I can assign this ticket to a supporter closer to you and you'll get faster replies but this is not a chat so they won't be instant and it depends on the supporter's working hours.

You can try to open a new ticket and if a supporter is available a chat will open 🙂

In the meantime, can you confirm the URL where I could see the problem, one as a reference, along with site's credentials so I can check and verify the problem and hopefully solve it 🙂 (this one looks like the homepage, is it?).

Lastly, can you confirm how did you initially translate the translation? Because in the screenshot I see a translation in the WPML editor so I understand the problem is happening only in the front-end, not in the editor, correct?

If you resend the job via WPML> translation Management, can you save it again and see it this time in your front-end?

Thanks in advance for the answers.
