Hello, 1.- I double-checked your site on our translation servers and it was blocked. I unblocked it and now you should be able to translate the content correctly. 2.- Please increase the WP memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ /* Memory Limit */ define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); - Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support Regards, |

Hello I checked it but it is still stuck on 100 percent and not saving. I'm translating the pages manually so there should be nothing to do with the translation servers I guess. I mention that I deleted cache in the browser too before trying the save. The memory limit is 512 so that should not be an issue. |

Thank you very much for your message. Could you share a screenshot of the manual translation? Or could you share a link to a video showing step by step how to reproduce the issue on the site? |

Here's a screenshot. There really is no use creating a video about it... I tried with the advanced and the classic editor too though I prefer the classic editor. The only way I'm able to create the translations if I changed the language on top in the wp status bar and edit the translation directly but that's not the best way... I can add you temporary admin credentials of you want to take a better look... |

Thanks for sharing the screenshot 🙂 1.- I have set your next message private so you can securely share the access credentials to the site. I want to take a closer look at the issue and the site configuration. Please confirm you created a full site backup that you can use to restore the site if necessary. 2.- Also, I kindly ask you to share a URL of the content where the issue can be seen. |

Thank you for sharing the information requested. The cause of the issue is a JS Error with Ajax. To isolate the cause of the issue we need to run some tests. Could you create a staging site with a copy of the production site so we can run further testing without affecting the live site? I have set your next message private again 🙂 |

Thank you for creating the staging site! I have left the site in a minimal setup with only the Bricks child theme, WPML plugins, and Jet Engine plugin, and the issue disappeared, which means that the cause of the issue is another functionality. I recommend activating the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue reappears and you find the culprit. |

Unfortunately it's not working for me... I can save only if it's not 100%, at the moment I reach 100%, save is not finishing. I tried different browsers too. If I create new posts, translate seems to work correctly. If the status is already 100%, updating the translation also seems to work. Isn't there a possibility to set the 100% in the database? |

Hi, 1.- Following the steps I described, could you tell me what plugin you activated before the issue happened again? 2.- If the issue doesn't happen in newly created CPT, then the cause if the issue can be that the entry in the database for that particular CPT is corrupted, that's why it works with the new ones. |

Please share the URL of one of the posts you couldn't save 100% during the tests. |

Thanks! I tested 'hidden link' and there is an error in JS console of the browser that is causing the translation not being saved. I need your authorization to create a full site copy to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support. |
