Language Switcher not work properly

raj-kumarS	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development and trying to ensure that the language switcher works properly. When I open the site by clicking on the Visit Site option from the WordPress dashboard, it should open the English version. Symptoms: The site opens the default Hindi version only, and the language switcher at the bottom of the site is not working. Questions: Why does the site open in the default Hindi version instead of English?
