Good afternoon, we have a problem with the translation of the mini cart in the Allsron template. I realize that the problem is probably not in WPML and does not affect you directly. But the tech support of the template is not available and we don't know what to do.
There are four languages used on the site. English, Russian, Finnish and Estonian.
The mini cart is correctly displayed in English and Russian. The Estonian and Finnish versions display the English version.
Searching for strings using "String translation" doesn't help, it's as if such strings don't exist.
I searched the site files and found some json files that contain the necessary translation, but I don't know how to use them.
I will be grateful for any help.
Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.
Now I see the strings in the mini cart section are translated into second languages as well, please check the attached screenshots. Can you please confirm it works on your end?
I see some strings in the mini cart are translated and approved in the WordPress translation system hidden link
so I follow steps below to download the latest translation strings to your site:
1. Go to WPML > Languages > Site Languages > Remove Estonian language.
2. Re-add this language.
You can translate strings there, wait for approval and download them to your site.
Thanks.
