This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You need to locate and translate all the Chinese content on your website but are unable to find the wording or options to translate specific content.
Solution:
We recommend trying two methods to locate and translate the Chinese content:
Method 1:
Navigate to WPML > String Translation. At the bottom of the page, you will find a checkbox labeled "Look for strings while pages are rendered". Enable this option, visit the front end of a page where the Chinese text appears, then return to WPML > String Translation to search for the string.
Method 2:
If the strings are not found in WPML > String Translation, they might be categorized as admin text strings. You can learn more about this process here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution becomes outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.
