My site's default language is Traditional Chinese, so when I create the custom field using Toolset, I name the field name in Traditional Chinese and filed slug in English. After that I install the WPML and start to translate the site, don't know why some field can be translated but some cannot. Please refer to site hidden link ( Default language, Traditional Chinese) hidden link ( Translated language, Simplified Chinese)
There are four fields 電郵地址, 手機號碼, 保證卡號碼, 購買日期 ( All are in Traditional Chinese ), don't know why only 保證卡號碼 can be translated to 保养卡号码。
From the String Translation, I did translate the 購買日期 (Traditional Chinese) to 购买日期 (Simplified Chinese) but it still show the Traditional Chinese from /zh-hans/ page
Please advise what is the proper translation step to Toolset custom field.

Hello,
Forms are translated just like other Toolset elements, with the WPML Translation Editor. However, if you install WPML after creating your Toolset forms, you must resave the forms for them to appear on the WPML Translation Management page.
This means, that you will not use WPML String Translation to translate those elements and use the WPML Translation Editor instead.
You will need to create a job from WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard and then access the translations from WPML > Translations.
In case you are missing specific custom fields on the WPML Translation Editor, please go to WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation, search for the fields and set them to "Translate".
Take note, that custom fields that are assigned to posts are pages will get translated together with those contents when using the WPML Translation Editor.
Let us know if further assistance will be needed.
Best regards
Andreas
