This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where product variations were not showing in the translated version of a product on their WooCommerce site.
Solution:
1. We recommended that the client should first ensure that they have translated the attributes globally at Products > Attributes by going to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Attributes.
2. If the problem persists, we advised checking for configuration issues at WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Status and to provide a screenshot of this screen if they have any questions.
3. We resolved existing configuration issues and synced the global attribute.
4. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we suggested further investigation might be necessary.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
