The client wanted to customize the language bar to display only 'English' with a flag and 'العربية' with the UAE flag, without any brackets or additional text.

To troubleshoot both these points, I'll need to see how WPML's language and media management options are configured in the admin area. Can you please share the temporary admin login details of the website, along with: a). Screenshot showing the language bar with (العربية) from where you'd like to remove the brackets. b). Link to an example Arabic product page where product images are not showing. Can you help me make it from your side and let me know once done? - You'll find an option 'Language name in current language' for this at WP Admin -> WPML -> Languages -> Menu language switcher and by clicking the pencil icon.
