This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
After duplicating a WooCommerce product using WPML, the translated product URL leads to a "Too Many Redirects" error, and the content area and slug field in the editor are empty, making the product inaccessible and uneditable in the secondary language.
Solution:
We have split the original ticket to address the issue separately according to our support policy. To proceed, please provide the URL where the issue is visible. Additionally, share your site's access credentials in a private message so we can reproduce the issue and check the configuration. Ensure you have created a full site backup before proceeding, which you can restore if necessary.
If this solution becomes irrelevant due to updates or does not apply to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, please visit our support forum at WPML Support Forum.
