This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate text within Elementor's Title element on your site, but the text is not being translated.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's likely because the custom widgets added by the theme or a plugin need to be registered for translation. We recommend registering these widgets for translation by adding XML code to the WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab. You can find the necessary steps and XML code in the tab. For more details on how to register page builder widgets, please check this guide. After registering, please verify if the headings on your translated home page are correctly translated.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,

There usually should not be an issue with translating this widget. Are you maybe using an Elementor addon for this element?

Further, please revise WPML > Support > PHP and WPML > Support > WordPress as this might related to the WP MEMORY LIMIT.

It would also be very helpful if you could provide us with WPML debugging information.
More information here:

Hi,

I'm Osama from WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please back up your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

You use custom widgets added by the theme or a plugin, so these widgets need to be registered for translation before translating the content.

I registered the widgets on the home page by adding XML code to WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab. Please visit the tab to see the code.

Kindly check this guide to know more about registering page builder widgets.

Please check the translated home page and let me know if the headings are translated correctly. (hidden link)

Best regards,
Osama
