Problem:
The client reported that after updating the 'Divi' theme, the language links for Spanish and Catalan disappeared from their site.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure they had a complete backup of their site before proceeding. After receiving the necessary access credentials, we identified that the menus needed to be re-synced. We performed this synchronization, which resolved the issue with the missing language switcher in the main menu. Additionally, to address the duplication of certain menu items in the Catalan version, we provided a direct link for the client to manually remove the extra items: https://smartmanufacturingi4.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?menu=24&lang=ca

Background of the issue:
I have an issue with WPML on my site hidden link. It was working perfectly, but after updating the 'Divi' theme, the language links for Spanish and Catalan disappeared.

Symptoms:
The language menu has disappeared after updating the 'Divi' theme.

En este caso le pido que comparta las credenciales de acceso al sitio en su próximo mensaje que he establecido como privado.

Por favor confirme que ha creado una copia de seguridad del sitio completo antes de compatir las credenciales y que pueda utilizar para restaurar el sitio en caso de ser necesario.

The cause of the issue was that the menus needed to be synced again. I've done it for you; now you can see the language switcher in the main menu.

Can you confirm that the problem is solved?

The issue is solved, thank you very much.

There is still one more question. Two options on the Catalan menu that appear duplicated, I tried to synchronize the menus but they remain duplicated (software and industria)
