This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to translate their website content from English to Arabic using WPML. Although the WPML dashboard shows all pages as translated, the translated content is not displaying on the website, especially on the shop and product pages.
Solution:
1. We recommend activating the WPML String Translation plugin. After activation, search for untranslated strings and translate them. For more guidance, refer to the following documentation:
- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
2. If you are using Elementor, you might be facing a known issue where translated pages show stale content after being updated. We suggest applying the workaround described on this errata page: https://wpml.org/errata/elementor-translated-pages-show-stale-content-after-being-updated/.
If these solutions do not resolve your issue or seem irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, please feel free to open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.
