This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is unable to find a specific SVG in the search field for translation after using WPML's auto-translate feature. Solution: We clarified that once a segment is translated, it will not be replaced or changed when the page is translated again unless the specific segment or text itself changes. We recommended checking if the SVG text can be seen in the translation editor. Since the image itself (the icon, not the button image with text) does not change, it does not require translation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can always contact us through the WPML support forum.

Hi,
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Therefore, it seems we need an XML config (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/) to make that element viewable in the editor. Can you please install Beaver Builder on this isolated Sandbox environment, create a page, and add the "Photo" element? Then, we can try to extract the code there to see which config is exactly needed.
The page was purchased, I have no expertise at all in this. The problem now is that the button is not shown at all and that is a problem. Better to have the button in English than not at all. Btw you would still have access.
I need to send a newsletter today but for it I would need to have a working button there.

Hi,
OK, if you need to send out the newsletter today, we can work it out. I opened the Beaver Builder manually for German and replaced the image there for German: hidden link.
However, we still have time to address this properly. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this. Could you help install Beaver Builder and reproduce the issue in the Sandbox environment? This way, we can modify the configuration in an isolated setting and escalate the issue to our compatibility team for a permanent solution. The default configuration for Beaver Builder simply copies the Photo widget 1:1. Your expertise in this matter would be invaluable.

Hi,
You might want to reach out to the developer who created the site for you, as we need the theme to perform this test and currently don't have a copy. I'm happy to assist with the reproduction, but we at least need a copy of the theme to proceed.

Sure, we only need a copy (.zip file) of the used "Beaver Builder" plugin. So we can install it on our test environment and replicate the error there to search for a workaround to change the default config.
so the developers used indeed now a button element of the beaver builder which should be wpml supported and currently it is shown correctly on the page. But I believe as soon as wpml auto translates the site, it will disappear again and look as on the screenshot above.
I believe so because I cannot find the svg in the advanced translator still
