Hi

We've translated the whole site into German and Sweedish. Everything on products otherwise seems fine, however, products with variants do not show the attributes that are to make variations. So one cannot choose a variation and purchase. The issue has nothing to do with the attributes not being translated on attached - you can see that the attribute used to choose a variation is visible and translated on the page - but it does not work!
I found another thread where you adviced the user to activate the option to make themes multilingual to solve a similar issue. I did that but it did not change a thing. Can you please help? Please see attached image. In the original language attributtes work, in translations they don't. They do actually work on a few products - and don't on most... It is crazy. On one product in particular the wrong attributte was shown as In stock and the one in stock was missing. When looking into the translated product, I could see the one of the attributes that was not showing was marked with "Choose an attribute" so it wasn't assigned properly. What is the reason for all that?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. It appears that the attributes aren't properly synchronized across languages, which is why the variations aren't showing properly in the Translated products. Please follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Please go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" section.
- Select the Attribute that is assigned to the default products
- Scroll down a bit and you'll see a button named "Synchronize attributes and update product variations". Click on that and wait till the process is completed. [Please note that you need to do the same steps for all the attributes assigned to the products.]

Once it is, please open the translated product and check if the variations are showing there or not. If not, please do the following steps.

- Please go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" Tab.
- Scroll down and you'll see a link named "troubleshooting". Click on that.
- Select the options mark in this screenshot(hidden link) and click on the "Start" button. Prior to that, make sure to take a backup.

Please wait until the process is finished. It will adjust the relationship between the variation across languages and hopefully, will fix the issue.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
