Hi Just follow all this steps on your documentation here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-translate-theme-options/ and can't translate the footer from PT to EN. We now have two items on footer builder and we have their ID's but if we search for the ID of the default language on the Strings Translations it doesn't show up. |

Hi there, First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. Please try the following steps: 1. Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the themes Let me know please if that helps to find the string. Kind regards, |

Hi, The Header and Footer are created as custom post types, both were set to "Not Translatable" in the WPML settings. I changed the settings and now they're available for translation. Please go to Dashboard > Footer Builder, and click the + sign to translate the original footer. Let me know please if that helps. Kind regards. |
