Thanks for contacting us.

Please refer to this section of the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/#using-same-fields-across-languages . Please check the ACF translation options for your field groups, only Same Fields Across Languages translation option will allow you to initiate "automatic translation" from the Translation Management.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked your Website here hidden link and I'm not seeing any ACF fields. Am I looking at the wrong site?

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please create some ACF fields so that I can show you how to initiate automatic translation?

Also, where can I see the untranslated "Categories, amenities"? Could you copy and paste the URL here so that I can check? Also, please provide some screenshots if possible.

Thanks for your reply.

I think I know what you need there. It looks like you wanted to translate the listings here hidden link

First, you need to enable the translation for your listing CPT. To do that , navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation > Search for Listings (listing) > Select Translatable - only show translated items as shown in the attached screenshot.

Then, to translate the "Categories, amenities", you can try searching for the string translation in WPML > String Translation here hidden link . You can learn more about it by referring to this article https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Could you tell me how to replicate the critical error? Please list the steps to replicate the issue so that I can check on my end here.

Hi, when you go to translation management then select all boxes on the first page and choose automatic translation, and start translate, you will get the critical error...
In addition I still didnt get translation of my custom fields automatically this strings are translated only 4 %
I can't do translation strings for amenities, categories etc because there are no these terms in strings search.
Please guys this is too much i am traying to translate automaticaly almost a month and there are always some problems, please double check everything before you answered me, or lets go to my refund...
I can also give another option to you, this is 4-5 time that i have critical error, please use as much credits as you need (you have my permission), and translate my website automatically at all, because this way we will both loose time, and the result is still nothing...
tnx

Thanks for your reply.

It looks like this "media" from the "option tree" is causing the critical error issue. The page doesn't exist for translation and it broke the translation management. You can "automatically" translate the rest but not this one.
