I am trying to: Update our website to latest versions of everything. But it crashes when I activate either WPML or Woocommerce. I can activate one of them, but not both without the site crashing

As you could see in the video I have updated all the plugins to the latest version.
However, I cannot activate Woocommerce and WPML at the same time.
I activated only WPML and did a few changes on the website.
I could not edit the pages in another language, and I tried to unregister the website from WPML and give a new KEY, but it did not work, the wheel was just spinning.
So I logged out. Now I cannot even access wp-admin
I get this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for your reply. Please add the access details in the private fields. If you don't see the form below, please don't add your credentials, as they will be publicly exposed٫ (hidden link)
Thanks for the access details. I deactivated WPML plugins using the FTP access, but that didn't fix the fatal error, which means WPML didn't cause this fatal error. (Kindly check this hidden link)
Please activate WordPress debug and check what caused the issue, or contact your host support to check the server error log.
Best regards,
Osama
