i hope you are doing well ,i translated the Template that include my website site Footer to Arabic and its done well , the pages that include the content of the footer is translated and published.

the problem is that when i press any of the footer content pages ,for example, privacy policy, the website go to English page not to the Arabic version,

simply, i want the website to go to the Arabic version in the footer when the website in the main menu switched to Arabic language.

as agreed I have converted this to a ticket.

Please follow my suggestions, and translate the Cartflows page manually via the duplicate method:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Then go to your WPML > String translation, search for fields, for example, First Name and translate.

Let me know how it goes.

hello, thanks for help, i already duplicate the page, used string translation,

when i search for each word i want translate for example First Name, i add the translation, but it not appear in the check out page in the second language

actually only one box was translated well which is the first one 'Customer Information', the rest cant be processed well

i still have this issue, boxes not willing to be translated, or maybe not found in string translation, actually only the first box which is Customer information, translated well.

Hello,

I am afraid since you closed the ticked, admin access was deleted. So I couldn't check.

Either way, as I said in chat plugin is not officially compatible so there could be some issues.

We can try to reproduce and I can check with our compatibility team if there is anything we can do to help. But please note in end we might need a plugin author collaboration on this.

I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.

You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Set up WPML and WooCommerce
- Install the CartFlows plugin
- Try to replicate the issue with a simple example, 1-2 fields would be enough
- Share with me step by step guide on how can I check the issue

This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
