Background of the issue:
I am using WPML for the first time to translate my site and work on SEO. I have watched video tutorials but am still facing issues.

Symptoms:
I tried to translate my site, but it's not working. I want to provide screenshots.

Questions:
Is there a live chat available for support?
How can I work on SEO translating?

Hi there,

I have taken a look at the backend and I have a few questions.

- Are you currently using any custom code alongside your theme? (Twenty24)

- How are you styling the page ? When viewing the Contact Us page I can see the styling but in the backend editor there is no styling and I did not see any custom CSS within the page.

Based on what I am seeing my guess is that the styling is not being copied to the translations, and we will need to know how it's applied that way I can locate the related field and set it to 'copy' so it works.

i use custom templates found here: hidden link and some of my pages seem to have content made with Stackable (which is a third party plugin)

How are you styling the page ? When viewing the Contact Us page I can see the styling but in the backend editor there is no styling and I did not see any custom CSS within the page.

This should be a combination of editing the templates here: hidden link and the combination of Stackable.

And to be specific, the Contact Us page can be edited here: hidden link

Thank you for the update!

The FSE Templates are translatable by WPML via WPML->Translation Management->Templates, when I review them they look 100% translated.

The issue is happening because the template was not assigned to the translation.

When reviewing the translation of the Contact page it was using the Pages templates instead of Contact Us template.

To resolve I simply updated the page and the translation and it carried over OK.

Hi there,

I noticed that the template option was not available in the AR translations, which ended up being because the translation of it on the production site is missing.

Please go to WPML->Translation Management and translate the templates and template parts.

Thank you, it needed a bit of debug work, not sure why the tranlsations were pending reviews but it should be good to go now.

I have recorded myself working through this to give you some insight on the steps in case you need to do it again with other templates.

Hello there and thank you! most of it worked and i managed to translate alot of pages, but there is little challenges im still facing but before that i wanted to make sure of one thing do i have to go through these steps every time i want to translate?

translation management > bulk the page > Press translate > goes to translation > edit the translation > goes to pages > edit the page to save and check the page after translation

about the issues im facing here it is:

1- in the contact us page there is one sentence didnt got translated + it was not there in the translation page so i could work on it idk why

2- in the industries page this title got same issue wasn't translated as i wish due to it was not there in the translation page

3- im facing an issue with the home page, it is not looking as it supposed to be after translation please check this video

4- the services page when i click on it in the menu arabic it goes back to the english version though it is translated please check here
