This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to manually enter translated text into widgets and the footer text in different languages on your site, but when you change the text for different languages, it changes for all languages instead of just the selected one.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend translating the widgets using WPML > String Translation if the widget is set to "All languages". Alternatively, you can create one widget per language and assign each widget to one language. We suggest following the guide on how to manage this: Translating Widgets.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

Usually you would translate the widgets with WPML > String Translation if the widget is set to "All languages", but you could also create one widget per language and assign each widget to one languages.

Did you follow this guide?

Best regards
