I need to setup 2 different companies per 2 different language versions in woocommerce settings. It is not only about multiple currencies, these are described ok, and I know how to setup them.
example: on SLOVAK version of site, i need to have company ALLEN SLOVAKIA, s.r.o as a shop owner and invoicer. and on CZECH version of site i need to have ALLEN CZECH, s.r.o. as a shop owner and invoicer. Different companies, different business IDs, different adresses, etc.

in the future it will be allen.kolovratok.sk now it is only basic template.
Yes, what you described is possible. Every value in the WooCommerce settings, name, address and so on, can be translated using WPML -> String Translation. That means you can have a store in two languages, each one having different values for all of the settings of the store. I have attached an image showing some store related values you can translate.
