Problem:
The client is unable to respond to an open support ticket on the WPML support site.
Solution:
We recommend logging out and then logging back in to the WPML support site. It is also advisable to clear your browser's cache. Trying a different browser might help if the issue persists.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, we encourage you to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

I am working on a site under development and I opened a ticket with WPML support. A specialist answered me, but I am unable to respond to her.

Symptoms:
I can't answer in your ticket.
