I can't open this lock, please help me.

Bears Themes	Background of the issue: I am trying to unlock the Custom Fields Translation feature while using the ACF Pro plugin on a site under development. I am following the documentation provided at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/expert-translation-option/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=acfml#field-group-translation-settings. Symptoms: I can't open the lock for Custom Fields Translation. Questions: How can I unlock the Custom Fields Translation feature using WPML and ACF Pro?
