This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed assistance in identifying the correct Custom Field description to manage translations in the WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation area.
Solution:
1. We recommend setting the custom field preference to "Copy Once" in WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation, then manually translating the post and HTML code using the WordPress editor.
2. To find the field ID:
- If the client created the field, it is the field ID.
- If it is part of a theme or plugin, the client should contact the support of the respective theme or plugin to obtain the field ID.
- Alternatively, the client can use the browser's Inspect tool to locate the field ID through the HTML elements.

2) I have some Custom HTML fields that need different HTML code depending on the language. Where can I apply these changes?

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hi Markus,

Here is the second ticket. If you want to have a different custom HTML per language, I suggest you go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation > Set the field preference to "Copy Once" and translate the post and HTML code manually with WordPress editor.

Refer documentation

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

If you create the field on your own, it is the field ID. If it is an option of the theme or a plugin, you can ask their support to get the field ID.
Or you can use the Inspect tool of the browser to find it through the HTML elements.

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Looking forward to your reply.
